We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
AcreScout does not sell personal information to third parties as the term "sell" is defined under the CCPA and CPRA. We do not exchange your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration with third parties for the purpose of those third parties' independent marketing or advertising.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the past twelve months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information (as defined under CCPA/CPRA):
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number (optional), IP address
- Commercial information: products or services purchased, transaction history
- Geolocation data: parcel location data you provide (state, county, address)
- Inferences drawn from the above to support service delivery
We collect this information directly from you, from your interactions with our website (via Plausible Analytics), and from third-party service providers (Stripe for payment confirmation, Beehiiv for newsletter engagement).
Sharing for Service Delivery
We share personal information with the following third-party service providers solely to deliver our services to you, not for those third parties' independent marketing purposes: Stripe (payment processing), Beehiiv (email/newsletter delivery), Plausible (analytics), Cloudflare (DNS and security), Google Workspace (business email).
Your CCPA and CPRA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
- Request a copy of the specific personal information we have collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

We will verify your identity before fulfilling rights requests. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests).
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a rights request on your behalf. We will require verification of the agent's authority and your identity.
