Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by AcreScout, operated by RETOR LLC.

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on both the Full AcreScout Report ($249) and the Full AcreScout Report + Parcel ($499).

If the Report we deliver to you surfaces less than $5,000 in qualifying programs, savings, or financing benefits applicable to your stated plans and (if provided) your parcel, you may request a full refund. We will issue the refund with no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, reply to the email through which we delivered your Report or contact us at contact@acre-scout.com. Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe) and typically appear within 5 business days.

Failure to Deliver

If we are unable to deliver your Report due to capacity, technical issues, or any other reason on our side, you may request a full refund at any time before delivery.

Other Circumstances

For refund requests outside the scope of the money-back guarantee above (for example, change of mind unrelated to Report content, duplicate orders, or technical errors at checkout), contact contact@acre-scout.com and we will work in good faith to resolve the situation fairly.
